DC industree’s ‘Hail to the V’ brings together ladies in libations & food with Carla Hall and moi!

On May 29, I’m co-moderating DC industree’s Hail to the V event at E Street Cinema with The Chew host and Bravo’s Top Chef Carla Hall, Missy Frederick of Eater DC,  Anna Spiegel of Washingtonian, and Mary Beth Albright, a food writer and Next Food Network Star finalist. I’m totally honored to be helping host this marquee event about being women in the food and beverage industries with these lovely broads. I’ll be specifically leading the discussion about ladies and libations, highlighting the history of women behind the bar with the contemporary experiences of a scotch expert, distributor/entrepreneur, bar manager and bar owner/bartender.hail to the v

As Industree is saying, we may be hailing v’s, but we’re welcoming p’s too! So ladies and gentlemen, get your tix now. They are $60 for non-hospitality folks, and $50 for hospitality industry guests.  With so many women you need  to know there and lots of foodie talk, Hail to the V is sure to be the best thing you’ve got goin’ next Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m.!
